Social and ads

Formats, crops, captions and display banners.

Formats

Three ratios cover every feed and story. Shoot wide, crop to each, and keep the athlete inside the safe zone.

— Square, portrait and story — one photograph, three crops
Feed
1080 × 1080 or 1080 × 1350 px
Story and reel
1080 × 1920 px, top 250 and bottom 340 px kept clear
Profile
The stripe mark, white on StrideBlue, never the wordmark

Crops

Crop to the effort, not the face.

Dotight on the action, horizon kept level.
Don’tcropping through the athlete at the joints.
Don’ttilting the frame to fake speed.

Display ads

Three sizes cover most placements. Each is the poster grid, compressed: key line, one headline, one button, the wordmark in the calm corner.

— Leaderboard, medium rectangle and half page — shown at scale
Leaderboard
728 × 90 px, image left, button right; 320 × 50 px on phones, without the button
Medium rectangle
300 × 250 px, image above, copy below
Half page
300 × 600 px, full photograph, copy top-left
Everything
One headline under six words, one button, 150 KB at most

Captions

Write the caption like the headline’s second half: one fact, one feeling, no hashtags in the first line.

  • “Ran it in the rain for a week. Still no blisters.” instead of “GAME-CHANGING comfort for every runner!!”
  • “Four new colours, same fit.” instead of “We’re SO excited to announce our amazing new drop!”
  • “Link in bio.” once, at the end — never in the first line.
